Mario Grado has called Illinois home for 30 years, spending much of that time living and working throughout Kane County and Chicago’s surrounding suburbs. Before entering real estate, he spent nearly a decade owning and operating a wine bar in Kane County.
Years as a local business owner shaped the way Mario works with people today. It taught him how to listen, negotiate, solve problems, manage details, and stay levelheaded when things don’t go according to plan.
“Real estate can feel like a lot, especially if you haven’t done it before. I want my clients to know they can ask questions, talk things through, and never feel rushed into making a decision.”
Mario also knows that finding the right home is about more than bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. The neighborhood, commute, local businesses, and day-to-day feel of a community matter too. After 30 years in Illinois, he knows the suburbs well and enjoys helping buyers, sellers, and renters find what makes sense for them.
